    Having worked with your company since 2016,i would like to comment on a few things,quality of your products is very good and pricing is also very competitive.However,of late processing and delivery timelines have been greatly compromised which leads to inconveniences,it's my sincere hope the issue could be dealt with going forward.

    Love these guys, I have no reservation in recommending Impex for Genuine OEM parts.
    Their website takes a few minutes to figure out, (but it's not difficult to do).
    I really like their setup, after parts have been paid for and ordered, you can still, if you choose
    to do so, add parts, and then create/build your own order for shipping, all the parts at once,
    or create a partial order for the items that came into stock early, great flexibility.

    Good, timely communication with the staff, the parts arrive well packed.
    IMPEX gets a 5 star rating Thanks ! :)

    Nice job. In 18 working days the genuine Toyota part that I have ordered arrived well packed and brand new. Excellent navigation to find the part, to order it and to follow the delivery status. Good communication and feedback from the sales department. In case I need other rare parts Impex Japan wiil be the first place to look for.
