    My repeated purchase from IMPEX Japan for quality genuine Honda parts. The webpage provided with parts catalogue for no frills part order. Parts delivered to me within expected lead time.     Did leave a review about mirrors that I bought being the wrong ones. I will admit that I had been given the wrong information by someone from the members club who gave me the wrong information Impex did supply the correct version of the mirror. I was surprised when I was told they were the wrong ones as everything I have had from you before has been perfect, so I apologise about the review and feel free to remove it, I have tried to do that myself but can not nor can I edit it. It was my mistake due to listening to someone who should have known rather than trusting yourselves.

    Actually I was waiting for the items near to one month and it was so slow and hard to come to UAE and also you didn’t mention there is costume we have to pay it when it will arrive to UAE I payed 530 dirhams
    It was first time I order form your side and it will be last time I will never order again and I don’t let any of my friends to order from your side

    I have used this site a couple of times and have been very happy with the products, my latest order however was not such a good experience. I ordered a pair of mirrors for my XJR1200 and had a message saying that there was an issue with the parts and to supply my VIN number "Estimated delivery: unknown, item will be produced by special order. Please note the order cancellation will not be accepted."
    So as the order cancellation will not be accepted I supplied the IN and today I had the delivery the mirrors look and feel a quality product HOWEVER they are not the right mirror the stem is too long and it it the type wit the "knuckle" where as the correct part should be shorter and have a single solid bar that the mirror mounts onto. This is one issue with ordering from Japan it would no doubt cost a lot to return the item if this could be arranged. No I have not tried it feels like it would be just too much hassle. The mirrors are (or at least it states on the box) Yamaha original parts, so looks like it is back to eBay looking for original items. A Shame as everything else I have ordered has been correct.

    I would like to thank the Impex team. I received my order though a little late . All the parts are of genuine quality.
    I have a suggestion. After you receive the order from your suppliers, before giving an estimate for the shipment, I think it would be better if you do the packing so that the customer will know the exact amount to pay according to his choice of carrier. I was surprised by the difference I had to pay when I opted for Fedex. Finally I had to choose EMS .

    Good quality Parts with good price. Communication Response time is also good. But delays in shipping could be avoided if additional shipping costs could be notified to the customer. Parts packaging is also very good.
    Just avoid DHL at all costs, if you are ordering from Bangladesh, they will slit your throat with charges, even it will cross the cost of the part itself for clearing customs. Use EMS-Japan Post, they are hassle free, cheap.
    Highly recommended Japanese Auto Parts store. I'll be ordering some more in future.

    A very long time passed from the moment of the order to the arrival of the parts at the warehouse of IMPAX , in addition almost every delivery there is an addition of a very small amount (usually a dollar or two) and if you do not see the email on the subject in time, the delivery is delayed even more. I recommend adding the amount to the cost of the package in advance so as not to delay the customer any longer.
