No Faffing About Place order , Pay & Confirmation " It's on it's way" & a " SUPPLY DATE" " Other Companies Take NOTE!!" 2 weeks & Its Here Including travel Time , Not 3-4 Months & Where Is It ?? Still on Back Order ....

    This is the go to place when you want to order OEM parts and save a huge amount of money. When I saw they took Paypal, I was very relieved it wasn't a scam site and the business adress checked out as legitimate.
    An example of the cost savings were parts for a Yamaha outboard were going to be $396 AUD plus shipping or $120 AUD delivered from this site

    While the website may look a bit 2000's bodgy, it is a good one with a great search function that references factory catalogues.

    it is easy to just, select your parts, go into the cart, pay with Paypal, once they get all the parts together, you get an email advising of ACTUAL shipping costs, you pay that and the stuff arrives a few days later.

    Just placing my 3rd order now

    Rip off service .
    After ordering and paying for parts. Parts were not in stock . My Paypal Account has not been refunded the credit owed for parts not delivered . Now october parts were ordered in April 24.

    You didn't ask for refund...

    To all buyers,

    I hope the parts are original; I'm going to install and test them now. Orignals ball does not come with this type of cover on the thread.

    The shipping process could have been quicker, although I'm not familiar with how ordering works in Japan.

    I don't mind the shipment travel time, but the time from the order date to the shipment could have been shorter. i had ordered in 26 august and shipment was done 12 september.

    About rest, it worked fine.

    As for the timing, we will make every effort to make it even faster, but in principle, the timing is quite normal. You created a shipment on the 9th and on the 11th it was already sent.

    Hello everyone!

    Before leaving a full review, I decided to order several times to see how this company would perform, and my conclusions are as follows:
    - They really provide only genuine parts (I have checked many times)
    - It is possible to find everything here
    - The delivery speed is good, considering that company uses FedEx/DHL priority services
    - Responsive staff

    Overall, I only order various spare parts from this company and really like their service and attitude.

    No rating would describe the survice i recieved from IMPEX, they took my money and delivered absolutely nothing. Did not even provide a refund. The website stated that the parts were available but when they done their search they were no longer available.

    Very happy with the service. Take 2 weeks normally these days until in stock. Almost every time their has been extra payment for parts and freight which I don"t mind. Put it this way it is a hell of a lot cheaper than suppliers in Australia. Keep up the good work guys very happy.

    First class service!
    Once I worked out how to navigate this site, all went smothly.
    Their tracking page took a bit of figuring out (to be found in "ballance history" and click on the order number of the postage payment)
    Parts were all genuine Honda parts and at almost 1/4 of the price of CMSNL Europe!
    Delivery was quick, I believe it was my own fault that the parts took a week or two to become "in stock" because I didn't know how to place multiple orders of just 10 parts. Anyway, they did their job well and shipped out my 47 part order in one well packed box. I had to pay taxes and import duty, which is normal.
