    Love these guys, I have no reservation in recommending Impex for Genuine OEM parts.
    Their website takes a few minutes to figure out, (but it's not difficult to do).
    I really like their setup, after parts have been paid for and ordered, you can still, if you choose
    to do so, add parts, and then create/build your own order for shipping, all the parts at once,
    or create a partial order for the items that came into stock early, great flexibility.

    Good, timely communication with the staff, the parts arrive well packed.
    IMPEX gets a 5 star rating Thanks ! :)

    Nice job. In 18 working days the genuine Toyota part that I have ordered arrived well packed and brand new. Excellent navigation to find the part, to order it and to follow the delivery status. Good communication and feedback from the sales department. In case I need other rare parts Impex Japan wiil be the first place to look for.

    Overall, the service was good, but I would suggest simplifying the shipping process. Instead of requesting payment twice, it would be more convenient to have a single payment step. Specifically, don't ask for payment when the customer creates a package. Instead, bag and weigh the package first, and then request payment for shipping at that point. This adjustment would make the process more straightforward and efficient for customers.

    Great job with more than fair prices.
    When I read reviews, must tell that some customers are spoiled.
    In my country you will wait spare parts from dealer 1-6 months, and you will pay 5-10 time higher price.
