    Got some obscure Suzuki car parts from impex. Overall good prices and experience. Shipping was a bit longer, but not their fault.
    I'd like to extend my thanks and hope to come back again.
    Sometimes when you can't find parts locally or not willing to pay double prices, it's better to buy directly from Japan. Rest assured, you are invaluable among auto & moto fans worldwide.
    One sugegstion: Is it possible to change the shipping calculator to automatically update the price based on cart, and to setup a preffered default currency?

    Parts are generally well priced, however would not recommend ordering here if you're in any sort of hurry. Approx. 4 weeks since I placed 3 orders, 2 have shipped however one still has not, and along the way, several items have been cancelled due to delays and I've had to order elsewhere. The parts I've ordered elsewhere were received about a week after ordering.
    Wouldn't recommend Impex after this experience.

    To be honest, I really dont know how that shipping calculator works. Especially when I dont know dimmensions and weight of package when I am ordering. Propably best way is set everything to zero and wait for package dimmensions. :)

    Other then that... everything was perfect. From comunication to delivery.

    Shippment from Japan takes some time. Especially when it is travelling half around world.

    Conclusion: Five star rating. :)

    Las distribuidoras Yamaha de la región me daban un estimado de entrega de las piezas que requería de 30-90 días previa cotización y pago.

    Con Impex obtuve mis refacciones en 15 días sin ningún contratiempo desde el otro lado del mundo. A pesar de que el proceso de compra es muy diferente a colocar en el carrito pagar y ya, los pasos están documentados en el sitio. Las ayudas para identificar el vehículo y sus partes originales son estupendas, estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio y precios, volvería a comprar a IMPEX JAPAN sin duda. Aquí encontré piezas casi imposibles de conseguir de mi estimada YAMAHA XJR1300 año 2003!!

    This is really ridiculous!! I dont know if those positive comments below are fake or not (I believe they are) but I placed an order 7th of july (bought some small gsxr motorcycle parts, no big deal in the terms of such long process time, my order can be packed within 1 business day by 1 person), right now we got 23rd day of a month and order status got frozen in "awaiting shipment" since 7th of july. Impex told me that I have to wait... because they got so much goods in order to send, totally understandable, but hey, as a customer I expect at least being informed beforehand about possible delay and determine possible timespan of that. Keep in mind that we are currently in the middle of a motorcycle season (here in Poland), and I still dont know when I will get couple of washers/bolts and orings in order to ride again, thank u so much IMPEX, im freaking out.

In this case, we really deserved such feedback. Your shipment was collected and processed a long time ago, on the same day when our manager wrote to you, but was not sent due to a technical failure.     I have been using this website for a while and have ordered multiple parts from it. The parts were always delivered to my destination without any issues, which I appreciate.

    However, one area that could be improved is:
    Provide an estimated arrival time for the parts to the warehouse in Japan once the order is placed.

    Currently, the order status simply shows "processing," and as a customer, there is no clear indication of when the items will arrive at the warehouse and be forwarded by an international courier to the requested location.

    Providing this information would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

    Thank you very much for your feedback. We understand that it is very inconvenient for customers that they cannot track the process of parts moving. We would like to be able to inform delivery times, but we cannot always do this accurately because information from the manufacturer does not always arrive on time.

    I have already purchased close to 100 items, most of them marine engine parts, the service is excellent, the prices are very reasonable, I will purchase again in the future, there is only one note, many parts are shown in the catalog, but in fact they are not in stock.
    In my opinion, if it can be stated in the catalog, that would be great.
