    Good quality Parts with good price. Communication Response time is also good. But delays in shipping could be avoided if additional shipping costs could be notified to the customer. Parts packaging is also very good.
    Just avoid DHL at all costs, if you are ordering from Bangladesh, they will slit your throat with charges, even it will cross the cost of the part itself for clearing customs. Use EMS-Japan Post, they are hassle free, cheap.
    Highly recommended Japanese Auto Parts store. I'll be ordering some more in future.

    A very long time passed from the moment of the order to the arrival of the parts at the warehouse of IMPAX , in addition almost every delivery there is an addition of a very small amount (usually a dollar or two) and if you do not see the email on the subject in time, the delivery is delayed even more. I recommend adding the amount to the cost of the package in advance so as not to delay the customer any longer.

    i have ordered several times for my 89 ax1 from IMPEX and they have done a great job in delivering all the items although most of the parts are very rear .the price is very fair and delivery is very fast . the website is not very intuitive ,but with time i was able to understand the whole process .

    The payment system is problematic.
    Only after the payment you will receive massege if the item is available or not.
    The money will stay at your balance and not return to your credit card.

    I just want to thank the entire IMPEX crew for doing an OUTSTANDING job in obtaining and shipping some "very hard to get" Toyota/Lexus parts that I have needed for the restoration of my 2001 LX470. Other international providers have been unable to aquire the requested items, or have been unable to ship them in a timely fashion. IMPEX has been EXCEPTIONAL!

    I placed an order April 29 and received a message that an idem I ordered it is not available but does not allow me to cancel it. I request an ETA of my order and I have not received any answer. You don't know if idem is available until you order it then does not allow you to cancel it.
    The following is the message I received.

    "Estimated delivery: unknown, item will be produced by special order. Please note the order cancellation will not be accepted"

    If idem it is not available you must asked the customer if he like to continue and wait for the order or cancel it.

    J’ai bien reçu toute est ok tout est d’origine je recommande envoie soigner et rapide je viens de Paris il n’ya pas eu de problème ni douaniers ni transport juste le moyen de paye est un peu compliqué a comprendre mais sinon sa apprend vite je recommande merci a l’équipe IMPEX JAPAN
