    To be honest, I did have a few qualms on reading a few reviews on these guys. But, I must say I was pleasantly surprised after picking up parts for my CB 750. The parts have arrived, the shipment was seamless and absolutely no need for any human interaction. It takes a bit to understand how it works, but once understood very seamless!

    The only issue, if one can call it that, is that the availability of spares is known only after making the payment. I may add here, that some of the spares I had ordered were unavailable and the money was promptly credited to my account!

    I am glad I found you guys and shall definitely recommend you to my friends here in India.

    You sent me a message that my order was delivered to me!!!!!!!. From the tracking number, I see that it was delivered to TAIWAN!!!!!!!!!!!.You are making a very big mistake !!!!!!. Absolutely nothing was delivered to me ???. The address is in GREECE and not in TAIWAN!!!!!!!!!.I hope it, deliver to me so I can give you positive feedback. If that doesn't happen ,REFUND

    I ordered and paid for 10 items. But only 4 were available. I was given the choice to cancel or buy the 4 items.
    So I chose to buy the 4 items.
    From ordering to receiving the package it took about 3 weeks.
    The money that I had was refunded to my credit card.
    Cheap items, but the shipping was a bit expensive. (Especially for the 4 items I ordered)
    If they had all the items I ordered, I would have given them 5 stars✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️
    No problems at all 😃

    When calculating the cost, you must correctly indicate not only the weight but also the size of the box. Since it is difficult to predict in advance what size box the spare part will fit into, the preliminary calculation is not always accurate.

    These folks are the BEST online store for GENUINE parts. I saved about 10 thousand pesos compared to local Toyota dealer and that is Including the shipping cost to my home. I will always come to IMPEX for parts for my F.J.Cruiser and my wife's Lexus RX350. Thank you IMPEX.
