    Got received my items but a rocker arm was missing. Sent a handful of messages about and still no wiser on what is happening about it. Which I'm disappointed on as can't get on with the bike.
    On that reason is why I'm giving a low rating otherwise would have been higher.

    I have received the product..however it missing 27 pages installation manual which is supposed to be included in the package.. not sure whether it loss at your warehouse or honda forgot to include it.. can you help to scan the manual..

    Forever grateful for Vadim, as he assured me that my order will be sent to me and it did. I ordered on Jul 31st, 2025, all the items arrived at Impex right before their holiday, I waited patiently knowing the fact that after the holidays they would be bombarded with orders and deliveries, until I noticed a week has past and no movement since I've fully paid. I messaged them and the next day Vadim assured me will have it delivered soon. I waited for another 4 days, I received a confirmation that I needed to pay a small fee due to the size of the box and weight, after I paid my dues. boom after 4 days the package arrived at my doorstep, never been happier since this is my first time ordering from them. Will order more from them soon to maintain my motorcycle. Kudos to Impex Japan and the team. Will also leave a review on Trustpilot as there are a lot of negative feedbacks but it is not true at all. I'm leaving a positive review on this.

    One of the best companies (IN THE WORLD!) for ordering spare parts for Japanese cars! I order a lot, everything comes well packed, according to the order! Almost all spare parts are in stock. They treat your problems as if they were their own! The team is GREAT!

    Everything is great. The order processing and shipping are very fast and match the stated terms. The package was packed securely. It’s worth noting that for your older vehicle, some spare parts may not be in stock, and you might need to submit a new request for alternatives (which are not guaranteed to be available either 👌🏿). Keep this in mind if you need the parts urgently.
    Still, I’m satisfied with the website, there were no issues with refunds.
    I also want to thank the staff separately for their promptness 👍🏿

    I bought a Yamaha YZ80 1977 clutch lever. Every process is very clear.

    I would give IMPEX more than 5 stars If I can and here is why. I've placed so many spare parts orders to count at IMPEX since last year for my bike and for my friends bikes too. One of the recent orders was an Africa Twin tank which is huge in size and weight and because of the high cost of shipping I had to contact the shipping department to help in reducing the shipping cost. The head of the shipping Dep. (Vadim) was kind enough to step in and he solved this major issue for me. ( Thank you Vadim ).

    I'm an old online shopper and I've done lots of online shopping since the start of the Internet I can confidently say IMPEX is a trustworthy & is the place to buy from with a peace of mind and compared to some other similar stores is the cheapest.

    If anyone wants part number 46500-MGE-305 I have one spare. I ordered it from this store and after that my bike was stolen and this shop don’t accept cancellations.
