    I love ordering from Impex. I have ordered parts for my Pajero (3.2l Oil Cooler Issue) with success and I just saw you can order outboard parts as well which has just been a god sent. I have order parts for my Mercury 20hp carb outboard (Under the Tohastu Brand on here) at a fraction of the cost of parts stores here.

    Pricing, customer service and speed of both parts to the warehouse and parts to my house has just been fantastic.

    Everything went perfectly smooth, got all the answers from the management when asked, even though all the information is pretty much reachable on the website and self explanatory. Saved over 200€ on the first purchase compared to local dealers, including shipping and customs! Will definitely buy again, just don't forget to do an approximate shipping calculation yourself! Thank You once again.

    SUPERB experience. Yamaha outboard parts are significantly cheaper from here, plus shipping is very reasonable. DHL express for under $20! Will purchase off here again very soon. Thanks Impex!

    I had couple of purchases throughout few years and I can say that impex-jp have best service. You can reach out to support team regarding anything you need about order and they have really good stockpile of parts form vintage motorcycles to new one.

    Good user interface.
    Lacks the ability to add new parts to the order, after clicking "make order". Very discouraging! to create a new order.
    There is no email customer support for any questions or support, or at least one that is visible and accessible to the eye.

    Shipped fast and arrived on time, which is wonderful :)

    There is the mailbox in your own account, and you can write message to any department you want. Your question will be answered the same day, except holidays and weekend
