    Rating:

    Impex Japan is my number 1 online store for Honda XR parts. First, they sometimes have a part that other stores do not. Second, the prices on their parts are better than any other store. Third, they are relatively fast (<2 weeks from time of order to delivery using EMS). Finally, when I send messages they respond quickly.

    Learning how to do things when there might be a problem takes a few minutes to figure out. They are quick to reply to a message. All parts came as ordered and very fast! We already have placed a new order and will do so at least once a month now.

    First time order.still waiting shipment with FedEx.dont know how long that will take.service from Impex not bad.will see how long they take to get my part to South Africa.part was cheap.shipping a bit expensive though.will see how long then i will rate their service again.so far so good......
