Toyota Tightens Order Processing, Extending Lead Times Beyond One Month

The updated procedure introduces several stages that extend the overall timeline.

The sequence is as follows:

  1. Separate orders required: Toyota parts orders must be placed separately. Combining Toyota with other manufacturers in the same order is not permitted.
  2. Payment. The customer pays for the order.
  3. Processing. Within six days after payment, Toyota processes the order and provides a response regarding parts availability, delivery timing, and any possible price changes.
  4. Hold. We suspend the order and communicate the details received.
  5. Customer confirmation. The customer must review the changes promptly and authorize the next steps. After order confirmation, cancellation will not be possible.
  6. Delivery to Impex warehouse. Once the customer’s confirmation is received, Toyota releases the goods, with delivery to our warehouse occurring approximately 30 days later, barring any further delays.
